Sage enjoys focusing on several areas for her paintings. She specifically enjoys painting horses, pet portraits, local scenes, lily ponds, ancient doorways and custom murals.
“I paint what I know and have an essential connection with”, states Sage. “I feel when I paint something I am familiar with I am more relaxed about the details, which allows true creativity to flow. I believe creating something comes from a deep place within and is beyond the thinking mind. It comes from my intuition and subconscious, from my deeper emotions, and ultimately from my soul.”
